That ain't no Nova. It is a very cool boat though. I wish I could see one today. Any of you folks from Florida have saw one send them my way please.

There it is in the bottom right hand corner of the group of four.
As for Brownie, I don't think he would have any personal interest in this one (he may just because it is a cool boat). I think it is a Allmand original and in 1971 would have been a competitors boat against Nova Marine and the SuperNova19.
