Debbie and I went hunting Tuesday evening in the Tiger Bay State Forest. It's located between here and Daytona.

Can you spot the little gator in this picture?

Indian Lake. It was really pretty here, the pictures don't do it justice.

Indian Lake is right about in the middle of this map.

It was a nice change of pace for us. We weren't hard core hunting, basically just riding in the wood with guns. I can't think of anything else DD would rather do, she loves it.

Cuda,

I went out to Ocala National forest this weekend riding. We rode out of Big Scrub Campground. It was too an dry area for me. Do you know what campgrounds have more marshy terrain? I have family that owns properties in Hawthorne so we should be up there more often. We have 3 Honda Rincons and 3 Rancher AT 4x4's, and a Foreman Rubicon. All 2005's so we are well equipped. Any feedback would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Ed

I don't like Big Scrub either. Too damn dusty and tons of people riding. My favorite place to ride is right here near our house. It's on the extreme southeast corner of the ONF. You might see it on a map as St Francis Trail. Lot's of different terrain to ride, and not nearly as many machines.
