Hi they do not sound like what most of the guys are running, most all have S/S. At any rate shop on Ebay good deals for stuff like that are up there.

Would yours be the light blue one in Houston with the white upholstery and hydralic steering on the Volvo? Padded dash?

yes my boat is the one you are talking about. what do you know about it. i would love to know any history that you have. as for the lathum steering im thinking of changing it back to the stock set up, but im not sure where to start. i do not like the looks of the big ram and brackets hanging off the back. the boat is currently completly disassembled, and the motor is being rebuilt the hull is going to get refinished in the next couple weeks. im changing the color to the red and white but plan to keep it like oem.

i will get the hull number for x 18 registry.

thanks for the info.

That X was for sale here in May of 2003. I rememeber Tuxedo PK bought it, but then "didn't" , when he was on his Museum "buying spree". The Uncontrolable kid in a candy store phase of his life. :D I talked to Scot about it in the fall after that. I remember it had a dead lung or something. 2 1/2 years has past now so I know no more. Congrats on the boat. I think you will LIKE the steering ram if you are keeping the Volvo out back. ;)
