Drive Shower

Are drive showers really effective for cooling your drive, or do they just make your outdrive look cooler? If there is a benefit, what should I look for in one?

They do make your drive look cooler as the nice shiny black color doesn't look chalky from running too hot!

I'm sure we have all heard the statement that "Heat Kills". In my opinion they are worth their minimal cost. Even if they are not 100% effective I believe they offer some benefit to keeping your drive oil cooler and that's a good thing :wink: .

Just last week I had mine running off and on changing my anti freeze maybe 20 minutes total, I was surprised when I put my hand on the upper it was warm not hot. I have -0- exhaust going to the drive, I can just imagine how hot it can get under load a shower is on my winter list along with a few other ideas.
