I have (2) 225 HP Honda 4 stroke engines on my 29' ZFC boat. The max RPM is 5000 WOT with a speed of 40 MPH and Honda says max RPM should be 6200. The props are 22 degrees. Do you have any idea what props will provide greater performance, speed and efficiency? Top end should be 60mph with crusing speed of say 47 at 4500 rpm.

22's are a big prop for that setup, I would try to borrow a set of 17's for a starting point. Propping is not a science! it is all experimentation, going down to 17's will bring your RPM up about 1000. I have heard Hondas do not like being lugged IE over propped they being small displacement need to spin with a moderate load.

22x? di 17 is a goo starting point but you should be foing faster than 40... i would ck your spark plugs to see if their fouled, even tho its a four stroke thay still foul real easy....
