does any body know anything about 20 ft sutphens would this be a good boat to try a black hawk drive

20' Sutphens are sweet looking and handle rough very well!

Never been in a Blackhawk version, but some Donzi's and Cig 20-22 footers have been run with good success.

The Blackhawk raises the props closer to the water surface as compared to a standard drive. Acceleration, turn carving, and the ability to "carry" the bow of the boat can be compromised. Also probly slow speed handling, but who cares.

DEFINITELY take a ride on the boat before buying, and run in as many conditions as you can.
