Has anyone replaced the stainless grab rail with the Donzi factory windshield? What needs to be done on a late model 18 Classic?

DonCig has done the oposite (Windshield to grab rail). I'm sure he can fill you in.

Nope, Don did the "remove thing" and not the "add part".

Ahh yes, You are correct.


He can still help with the concept (filling holes, drilling holes, windshield mounting system, etc)

Ed,
I added the windshield on my old 18 and it mounted inside the grab rails so I left them on. The guy I sold the 18 to talked about taking the windshiled off so PM me if you want his contact info. Here are some photos... http://www.donzi.net/forums/showthread.php?t=40189

Mine has the grad rail all the way around the sides & front of cockpit? Would the whindshield fit without taking off the grab rail?
