Engine Builder

I'm considering replacing the 454Mag in my 99 Classic 22 with a 502 (500hp) or a 540 (600hp) built by Bullet Engines in Kingston, Ontario. Does anyone have any information with respect to Bullet Engines? From all accounts so far, this is a major builder of performance marine engines.
