When is best time to sell truck?

As I'm just 2k short of hitting 40k miles on my 2001 Dodge Ram 2500 I'm wondering when would be the best time to sell the truck before the next big drop in depreciaton.

I'm happy with the truck in all ways except that the 10mpg combined with today's gas prices are a killer.
