Ted, so why can't people get them? I know of two people that begged for the 525SC and were told "no" ... :(

Is this something new???

Seems the Media world still has a hard time getting over the HP500 in these and the way they "handle" . Will they endorse this ???

I'm wondering why them doing the tune up to the engine is going to add such a big increase in the asking price? Don't they know why it isn't running so there would be a bunch of diagnostic time involved? Don't they deal with these kind of engines every day? Don't get me wrong, I'm not ditching the company. Just wondering why they would list it that way and what a buyer would be involved in to make the engine run again.

but is the factory mucking about with a tired, old 525 SC?

Or could it be a 525EFI?

Inquiring minds...

I was thinking the same thing. That part is kind of scary. They say it just needs a "tune up" before starting. But then say "If we do tune up and get it running it's going to be a whole lot more in price." That doesn't make a whole lot of sense!

I know the folks and the engine. Its been sitting in storage. I have heard it run.
They are business owners that are working work thier asses off to make a living. Its not worth selling something for a low price then spend the time to make it perfect. I think its a good deal. They just want to move it to make more operating capital. Times are kind of tough in the boating industry down here.

The way they say "supercharged" in quotes----got me wondering....does it actually include the supercharger itself in the price? It looks like it just might from the pics it is just that those pics are hard to make out.

It has the supercharger on it. I have personally looked at it,

I'd buy it and put it in my 22, but then I'd have to get external steering.....
