My old 23" Quicksilver cleaver needs a spacer w/ a taper. It's a very old prop.

I have 2 sitting on the shelf and they both have the taper machined in em,if ya tryed to use the washer the prop wouldnt go on the shaft all the way.

Slide it on the shaft. If it stops before the prop contacts the outdrive housing, and the nut will go on, you don't need one.
