took a small chunk out of the transom corner---will grind and glass over the winter---but want a temporary fix until then--any suggestions--someone mentioned marine tex

marine tex is an epoxy, what you can do is get some gel cote and silica, mix it approiatly ( SPL) and use it as a filler, sand it down and it will look good until you get ready to do it properly, my 2 cent!!
