A friend who owned a '67 16' back in the day when I had my '65 phoned
last week to say he thought he saw my old one. He gave me the address
(about 2 hrs north of Toronto) and I checked it out on Saturday.

Sure enough, a little worse for wear, it was the one. I bought it in 1975,
red did the hull with imron, repowered with volvo 260 and added new
upholstery. Sold it in 1987 to make way for the Minx.

Also found an original '67 yellow 16' on the same lot. Have a look.

Two questions in one sentence? Here's two answers, maybe and NOT!

Here she is studying 'Bumpers & Ropes 101' from the manual on the pontoon.
Yet to pass her finals on this, every weekend is a band new experience due
to the debilitating memory loss/Corona/Martini combination.

Tim, that must have been something seeing your old boat again in person...crazy deja vu! You sure look good standing next to it, I vote for you to snatch it up. BTW, what are they asking for the yellow '67?

Neither one was for sale. The shop seems to have a reputation for working
on these boats, there was a 22' around the back as well.

The shop owner did arrive while we were there and told us that the yellow
'67 was owned by a lady who would never sell it. It was completely original.
