Got a call from one of my closest buddies wife telling me they had a fire in their house 12:30 at night, I ran over to see how bad. No one was there so I did a look through the which were pretty well blacked out, physical fire damage was not to bad. But the house looked like the inside of a coal bin. Thankfully there son decided to come straight home from work, he opened the back door and the smoke poured out. He ran around the hose to their bedroom window and broke it and screamed in, they had to follow his voice to find the back door to escape. The fire marshall said they surely would have died in just a few more minutes in the dense smoke, they were surprised tha two smoke detectors that were blaring did not wake them.
