Since I had the handling issues at AOTH, I've had the tab fuse pulled to make the tabs inoperable.
I was thinking that perhaps the new Victory tabs I had installed were a bit too much for the boat. I had called Brian Kamrath about the possibility of producing some shorter versions. He's a very agreeable guy and he produced a prototype pair for me to try out.
As you can see from the photos, they are about 5" shorter than the full size Victory tabs. They are much closer to the area of the stock Bennett tabs and are much more attractive.
If the idea of this rings your bell, call Brian Kamrath @ 888-386-8282 or
go to his web site;
www.martiniboatmarinedesign.com.
I'll be getting these on the boat as soon as I can so I try them. :smile:

George,

You get a minute, post the measurements on those things.

Might have to try'em again, if they aren't too long.

Still really luvin my bennets, um not.

George, have you spoken to Brian lately? I just read a post in another forum where they were asking how he was doing.

Yes, I spoke with him on Monday.
He told me the success of his business has been completely overwhelming.
He seems to be fine. I hope so. He's an awfully nice guy.
