Fraud??

Anyone come across foreign buyers interested in buying something on this site. I'm not accusing anyone, but i have my suspicion. Is there anywhere to post "Beware of Buyers".

Yea someone posted this a while ago on this site.
Usually from Nigeria and they pay too much and before the check clears,
ask you to refund the difference, check never clears and you lose.

That's the scam. I have no further suspicion other than they're from over sea's and seem to fit the bill. I will not post the names yet.

I just sold a bike and got three of those scams. I forwarded the emails to the attorney general. Wonder if anything will get done.
Laszlo, If it's someone on the board, let madpoodle or harbormaster know by private email. They will take care of it.
