My dad bought this boat a couple years ago and I've been the primary driver ever since. I love this thing and am addicted to Donzi's now.

Thats her out of the water. Its a 86 Minx with a 350. We run on Smith Lake in Alabama.

And just FYI, out of personal experience running with it in the poker run, this (http://www.boattraderonline.com/addetail.html?73747366) boat is awesome.

Hey there! Nice Minx! I have boated on Smith a couple of times. I took my cat there for the poker run 2 years ago. I actually bought my 22 from the lake that is southeast of Birmingham.

Welcome Jody;
That's a mighty nice looking Minx! :eek!:
We need some more information on it. I have put together a database fo all the Minx's built.
Take a look at;
http://www.donzi.net/forums/showthread.php?t=39260 and you'll see what I'm doing. So when you get a chance, take a look for the hull #. It's on the transom.
Again, welcome! :shades:

Great looking boat. I have one too. Do you know what prop you're running?

Nice Minx and my favorite color too. You and your dad need a couple AOTH V tee-shirts which honored the Minx this year. Take a look at the Midwest Donzi Club (http://www.mwdonziclub.com) website and if you haven't joined, take a minute and become a member. There are no yearly dues and it is simply a website to let other Donzi owners know you own one too. You can order the shirts from there if you desire through check or paypal.

Welcome to the Registry. Hope to see you at AOTH VI next May or maybe later. I'm working on a couple options for the gathering next year. Check out the events and gatherings section of this site. There are a ton of great Donzi get-togethers happening. The Sarasota meet later this year is one you should try to get to if possible. Mike Miller does a great job and it's close to the Donzi factory. If you get a chance, make time for a tour and maybe see a ZR in the build stages.

I wish I knew. I will check on this the next time I'm up there with it and get some pictures too. I have been nagging my dad to let me put a good prop on it (if it doesn't already have one) and get it tweaked a little. The speedo cable has broken, but I would guess it runs in the low to mid 60's.
