888 Outdrive for sale

Bought it to replace a stolen drive. Went to a local shop and they had one someone didn't want to pay for the repairs it needed. I asked what was wrong with it? He didn't know and couldn't find the paper work on it. Being that I wanted it that day or I would be on to the next guy down the street the guy picked it up and took it in the back shop (as I followed) and proceeded to rip it completely down in front of me and rebuild it from the ground up. I used it for three months on my boat before a submerged object nearly riped the bow off. The boat was not worth fixing and the boat over there I bought to replace it is Chrysler/Volvo.
My lose is your gain. $650.00 and it is yours. Located in Maryland.

Just the drive. The rest of the boat went awhile back. I thought I would use the drive later but now I realize I will not and it is just taking up valuable space in my basement (it has been kept inside since taken off of the boat).
Water? Fresh most of its life, brackish water the last few months it was on my boat. The drives outside case looks near perfect.
