The hose that runs from my raw water pump to the thermostat housing needs to be replaced. It has never been replaced since I have owned the boat and is starting to crack. Does anyone know of a molded hose for this application? The one on there now is just a hose bent to fit. I would like to make it look better then it does now.

I would stick with high quality flexable hose, the original OEM hose was preformed plain jane smooth black hose that one you have is a replacement. You can go to a dealer and get it or drop Mr Mad Poodle a note.

Yup, The "Pissed off fuzzy one" has always been very good to me.
I'm going to catch hell for this one day I just know it. :banghead:

The one on there is a stiff walled suction type hose, you certainly don't need one of those again. Buy the fitted smooth black stock merc product. Do you have any oil coolers in that line? The setups vary a lot and will dictate which hose you need to buy. BTW the one on there will probably last another 10 years.
