Ask Thriller about the Texas made Shiner Boch.
Wes
Oh I like Shiner Boch
Shea, this is the joke you were looking for ... :D
After the North American Beer Festival, all the brewery presidents decided to go out for a beer.
The guy from Corona sits down and says, "Hey, Senor, I would like the world's best beer, a Corona."
The bartender dusts off a bottle from the shelf and gives it to
him.
The guy from Budweiser says, "I'd like the best beer in the world. Give me The King Of Beers, a Budweiser."
The bartender gives him one.
The guy from Coors says, "I'd like the only beer made with Rocky Mountain spring water. Give me a Coors."
He gets it.
The guy from Molson sits down and says, "Give me a Coke."
The bartender is a little taken aback, but gives him what he ordered.
The other brewery presidents look over at him and ask, "Why aren't you drinking a Molson's?"
The Molson president replies, "Well, I figured if you guys weren't drinking beer, neither would I."

Hasn't Sam Adams won more taste tests/awards than Molson ?
Molson is American Beer!
Molson and Coors completed their merger on Feb. 9. Molson was Canada's biggest brewer and Coors was the third-largest brewer in the U.S., behind Anheuser-Busch Cos. and SABMiller PLC's Miller Brewing Co. The combined company is first in market share in Canada, second in the United Kingdom and third in the U.S.
You American Beer Bashers :shocking:
Did I mention Sam Adams in the Joke....
In the immortal words of Sgt.Hulka "Relax Francis" :D

You did mention Molson/Coors, a GREAT American beer company.
Or a great Canadian Beer Company, again it depends which side of the 49th you're on.
Also since Molson has been brewing since 1876 I'm pretty sure they have a few more gold medals than old Sam Adams.

he about drank a whole keg by himself at my PK lake house a few years back.
I sure do miss that place and that Shiner on the deck watching the sun go down.
Now I drink a tasty IPA or seasonal brew out of the Redwood Brewry in Flint. By the way Box, the first thing you see when you walk throught the doors is all of the award flags they have won at the North American Beer Festival.
Light beer is the scurge of the earth... so many beers so little time...
