Need Bravo lower special tools

I need to disassemble my Bravo 1 lowers in order to weld on new skegs and check them out.

Does anyone have the clamp plate tool and also the Bearing Carrier retainer tools that I could borrow or buy?

Scot my welder does not disassemble the gear cases to weld on new skegs! He has a tank filled with water that come up almost covering the gear case which keeps the case nice and cool he has been doing it this way for 20 some odd years with -0- problems.
