The pulley driven water pump on my 67 16' went up last fall and ever since a mechanic of mine has had the boat trying to install a new crank driven one. Well the boat showed up in my driveway this morning and the new pump in a box on my doorstep...needless to say it didnt get fixed. Anybody know of a good place to take my donzi in the annapolis, MD area? I know theres a bunch of you around here, and i'm not trying to pay ridiculous amounts of money to get my boat in the water again.
It is not that hard to install the crank pump, not sure if you would consider tackling it. If so either mail or PM me, I can give you apointer or two on working in the tight 16's motor hole. When my current pump gets tired I will swap to a crank pump they are real hard to beat.

honestly the pumps are easy to replace, although if your missing the pieces to connect the pump to the crank then it may be hard to find them.
