Hope you caught it in time.. You should plan on flushing the engine real well. A couple oil changes should take care of it... with filters....

well it seems to be okay oil preasure is good and there is'nt any knocking.
i flushed it for 10 minutes with new oil and filter.. and i will change the oil and filter again like you suggested.kind of bums me out to take so much life out of the engine. but as we say in the world of production. "you can't cry about it, you just got to keep going"
