I went to the University of Hartford for 4 semesters. If you have kids and they are applying for colleges, DO NOT SEND THEM THERE. They will party and fail out.

Is that why you only went for 2 semesters?

Wow, i made it through Michigan Tech which has the largest consumption per capita of alcohol of any college in the US... it's the person not the school... If all you want to do is party and have a good time... you will fail.. and Freshman classes are designed to weed those folks out... plain and simple...

4 semesters is Sophomore year. I left because tuition was $30k a year. I knew many people who failed out. MANY.

Ummm...I don't have a Donzi as of right now and I don't feel as if I am able to contribute as much as I would like. I really don't mean to offend anybody when I express my feelings towards people who drive HUGE rigs and don't use them to their fullest extent. On the other hand, I would like to meet some of you and see what the scene is all about. I can go and buy a used Bayliner (1996) for $1500.00 by making one phone call. The problem is that I am into meeting people and with a boat as common as a Bayliner, I wouldn't be able to go to events and what not. There is also a huge difference between a Donzi and other boats out there. I have taste and spend my money wisely, a Donzi is a wise investment.

not to sound like a smartass or offend anyone... oh wait, i forgot i don't care if i offend anyone  BUT... NO BOAT is a wise "Investment".... some just depreciate at a slower rate than others...

with that said.. you wanna buy a 16? :banghead:

What I wanna know is just how much Jamie STILL likes glassing? :D

Had any good sleeps, do you still roll around in bed, do your nostrils hurt, have your hands developed long surface tears in them, do you still have any clothes you can wear out at night ;) ?

If I can help let me know. Like Cliff... I live close by Portland, CT.

Just give me details about what you are looking at. If you want I can send digital pics to.

Glad to help,

KJ

Kirk- Thanks for the offer but Cliff's already taking care of this for me.

The boat I'm looking at is a 14' Potter sailboat with 2 berth cuddy.

Tux, get rid of that DISGUSTING internal combustion engine and it would be perfect for Holla. ;)

Kidding of course. :garfield:

Canada, I was just curious as to when electric engines would be the norm.

When they can run for 1500 miles without stops, make 400 BHP, and don't mind the "dead short" created by loading and all but stalling a commutator... for starts.

I am not "Canada". I live here. I live however I want to. As you do...

Would you like me to call you "New Jersey" ? I am sure there are some that wish I would not...

I am finished responding to your posts Holla...I almost think you are GeneD coming back as an alias to get things going. (as a wintertime thing)

Where's Moody and Hyper? I miss them :D
