Sweet 16 Jet

Need some help ASAP, please.
I am looking for info on the sweet 16 jet drive boat. Are these pretty rare? I can't seem to find much information on them but we saw one today, it was a '69. D id they really make these at the factory or are they aftermarket jobs and how can we tell?

I don't know the hull number.
I am surprised that there is little to no information out there that I can find on these boats. I've searched the internet and this site, but not much documentation.
Does anyone have any ideas where else to look?
