Well it's official..!!! I am a Donzi owner.!!! My wife and I left Miami, Fl. last Wednesday 5/11 at 12:00 noon, and arrived in Maryland at Jackson's Marine on 5/12 at 12:00 noon. We spent the night in town starting at Woody's (Great seafood) then The Oyster Bar and finally ended up at Crystal Inn for a little R&R. Friday, we put the boat on it's new trailer (thanks poodle) and left Maryland at 5:00pm. We drove into South Carolina where we pulled into a rest stop and jumped into the boat for a quick 5.5 hour nap. Saturday morning we were back on the road reaching Miami at 10:00 pm. Normal people would have probably gone home for some rest. We cleaned the boat off and launched her for our first excursion around midnight. Cruised down to Key Largo and plugged into Pops dock for some cold (real cold) R&R. Sunday was one of the best days of my life. Cruised the boat all day without a glitch. I want to thank Undertaker for keeping my boat in such good condition...:umbrella:
2,400 miles and 208 gallons of diesel. And Shes worth it.!!

Cool! Great story. May 12th was the day for new Donzis to head for home. That's the day I pulled my Donzi from Virginia to Michigan and its new home.

Enjoy your new boat!

John, I did not see you hit the dumpster, I was told by Gary after I came out of the showroom. I looked at the dumpster when I left and saw NO blue paint so I figured all was good. :biggrin.: . You know I gotta bust your stones about that. :bonk: Take Care talk to you later.
