here's some other pics of the work we've done so far. I owe my dad and Itllfli massively

The drive is all sanded and painted (I just dont have a pic of it)

The upholstry is also all done, but again, don't have a pic of it.

The one pic is me trying to wash the boat in a car wash when it was barely above freezing.

Wow, nice work! Talk about a transformation, looks like you'll be able to show people your new ride and have them believing that you just pulled it off the showroom floor. Power-washing outside in the middle of the winter, there's dedication. I like the new understated and classy stripes. We're looking forward to seeing you at AOTH.

I know - I told dad he missed his calling with fiberglass restoration. He's helped me a ton with it.

Thanks for all the compliments guys. I'll keep you updated as we finish her up.

I think I need to move South to Cincy! What a Hot Bed for boating fun! Ya got the Scholie engine skunkwork shop and then ya got the Eisele detail shop all in one town. To top it off, ya got the Ohio River for testing. I'm sure one of those shops would hire me to sweep the floors and clean up after a days work.

Lookin great Elizabeth!

Been working on it a bit more. Scott got to watch my friend and I gluing in carpet on Monday and Dad and I are working on bolting all of the upholstery in. Here's a couple of more pics.

That's lookin' great! The colors work awesome together. I've never seen that mottled chestnut color but it works very well with the red and white, nice work! I hope to hear that the Thompson splashed for your birthday bash.

I need an intake for a 4.3 lt v6.

AND IT RUNS!!! I water trialed it tonight and she floats and runs. A roaring top speed of 45 mph. I'm delighted that it ran though. I think with a new prop (thank you Sam) and playing with it a little, I can get a little more speed. Here are some pics.

That was the plan. I wanted it in the water by my birthday. We made it with a day to spare
