in need of carborator and/or intake

Ok all of you guys who said you'd lend a helping hand... :D

I've got a v6 4.3 and am in need of a carborator for a 2 barrel or a carborator and intake for a 4 barrel.

Anybody know where I can get one for a good price?

Liz, you can HAVE my Edelbrock 600 (650 ?) I have 4 Barrel. You pay shipping. I bought a BG 650 to replace it. It works fine (ish) but is intermittent.

if you need a 2V i have the original off of my 350 still, just collecting dust...

i also have the cast iron 2V intake if anyone needs a boat anchor...

I MAY have a 4MV quadrajet lying around that'll need a that would probably need a thorough cleaning and going through...

if it was me... going 4V from 2V.. edelbrock package for intake and carb and away ya go... just from an ease and simplicity point of view...

Thanks for all the offers of help guys. Lenny - while I appreciate the offer, I'm a bit hesitant to go with something that isn't going to be completely reliable.

Poodle - I'm just following up on multiple offers of help that I've had since I bought the boat. Besides, what do you have against cute girls? :tongue: Its not like there's a whole lot of us around asking for carburators and intakes ;)
