How much would it cost to ship a 33ZX to Tennessee? Or does anyone have a link or phone # to a reputable shipper I could contact. I am just curious. :D

$1.00 per mile is still the norm, even with the fuel being as high as it is.

Eddie, I met Joy the owner of Powerboat Transport, and Concierge, at last years 1000 Islands Poker Run. She runs a first class operation, and employees first class drivers. They will take very good care of you.

Undertaker,
I'd be very surprised if you could get $1/mile for a 33ZX. Donzi and ProLine are currently charging $1.60/mile and $1.50/mile seems to be doable with private interstate haulers. Anything less than that and you'd better make sure they have sufficient insurance to cover your boat.

Good luck. I hope this means your close to closing a deal on your 33.

I had good luck with A-1 Boat Transport. They came 2400 miles for $1900.

I just got a quote from them to transport a boat 1180 miles, and it was $2200, this was a 24' boat. How long ago did you have your boat transported?

Godfrey Marine (www.godfrey.com) has a factory in Cullman, Alabama, where they manufacture their Polar line of boats. They ship these boats all over the US.

I would bet you could get them to haul your boat on a back haul on a truck headed to Cullman for a good price. They transported a friend of mine's 28 foot Boston Whaler Walkabout for a pretty decent price.

Where in TN are you sending the boat? Cullman is dead center of North Alabama on I-65. If the truck passes through TN on the way to Cullman, I would think they could drop it off on the way here.

Just a thought.
