I'm in the process of replacing my windshield (which is cracked & scratched) with new Lexan. The current pieces are cut unevenly, and the two sides don't match- it looks like one of the earlier owners already did this once (poorly). Was wondering if anyone has templates made from the factory original windows. This is for an '87 2 +3- the windshield is a combination of chrome plated brass corner pieces and extruded stainless steel members.

Also, I'm still looking for the rubber grommets used to hold the windows in the frame. I sent a sample to Water Bonnet- they did not have any.

this is a cross section of the gasket I'm looking for to match what I removed from my boat.

Send a sample or a pic of what you need to Nikki Bowman at Taylor Made. She did a great job in helping me out and was surprised they still had the extrusions (alum.) and other parts for my 93 windshield.
