Anybody know about a model called St Topaz ?

Is it hard to find ?

Can you compare it with the old F-23 ?

Staffen,

I think you are referring to the St. Tropez, a 19' center console, fishing boat. Nice boat for a 19 footer, but not in the F23's class as far as sea handling capabilities. Also, the F23 is an outboard boat, unlike the St. Tropez which generally mounts a small block, though I think a couple of outboard models were made. I'd link you to the Model list, but it's currently not accessible. The St. Tropez is a pretty rare boat; I don't know how many were made, but they were all made a long time ago.

Staffan ,

Yes , you're no doubt talking about the St Tropez.
It's a centre console version of a 19' Hornet.
The only ones I know of were all built in the '60s
Scroll down to page 3 of this forum and reference the thread

''Dont forget the St Tropez ? ? ? " for some pictures .

Now that you mention it....too funny!

For you non-Michigander oriented folks it is the Saginaw Bay, part of the Mitten you know
