Help Need a Merc Mavin!

Finally unpacked my new Bravo transom assy, besides needing a few missing items and not being a Merc man I have a question. Besides the T&T indicator and limit switch wires (4) black there are (2) separate wires coming through the bottom, just looked kind of quick but appear to go to a finned block. What are they for? Thoughts were electrolysis.

Hmm something else I need to buy the other half of! Any idea what the control box and I guess transom button costs? I still need the oil line and resivour, inner nuts and washers. It is always a bottomless pit!!!
