Well,

I was in the garage tonight, making ANOTHER hit list for completing the job, and was going over the Overstroke and Shift Interrupt adjustment so that come day light, I can get it done in a reasonable amount of time.

Anyway, I am confused, the Overstroke switch would operate when the engine is at full throttle position. WHY? I can see in reverse, but in fwd, wouldn't the rev limiter take care of this? What exactly does the switch do? Is it active on the Cobra drive (1988)?

Thanks
Wayne

Wayne the switch does its work only when shifting, it make the ignition studder to assist the drive to fully engage. I does nothing once in gear there is no attachment to the throttle what so ever.
