Can anyone help me ? I have a friend that has a 1986 25 Donzi .It was the first year for this preformance boat.
Does anyone know how the interior upolstered side panels come off ? Their is no storage holes or cup holders.

What kind of Donzi? (I'm sure it'll help as every boat is done differently)

Hello,
You should have some screw caps that cover a philips screw. Or they are bolted if you have access.

Take some pictures the we can help...

In some cases, there are blind nuts installed into the wood that makes up the side panels. Then they screw in a threaded rod, then they put a nut on the inside of the fiberglass.

I completely re-upolstered my Z-25 interior, outside too. Just finshed doing a Z-33, as well. Call me if I can help you.

Here's a picture of the helm & back of the Z-25, after I re-upholstered it.
The interior was also done, headliner to bottom.
