Now that I have your attention. there was a story on the local news tonight about a study done by some marine biologists that suggests that slow speed zones are actually more harmfull to manatees than normal operation areas. And that the implementation of miles of new No Wake Zones had no noticable positive effect in reducing manatee deaths or injuries. I didnt catch the whole story but I think the reasoning was that boats generaly draft less when on plane then in a slow speed zone,just off plane with the ass draggin low the skeg is deeper in the water. Makes sense to me. I like MP's idea.....1 big BBQ.....tastes like chicken!
