IV distributer??

I need to order a bronze gear for the Merc IV distributer, is the shaft standard size on all IV shafts, and if so does anyone have the dimension handy?

If you don't get it before I make it out to the GT, I'll send it to ya then. (might be a couple days.) I would ASSUME they are the same, but.....????

Phil,

just because it is a roller camshaft does not mean it needs a bronze gear. verify with the camshaft manufacturer for the cam you have whether it has a cast iron gear on the stick or not.

my roller for instance uses a stock gear on the distributor.
