Tony, back in the days a vessel under 21' only needed to show an all around white light with no speed restrictions, it still applies but I believe the max speed limit is now 7 knots, some of our newer captains on this site please correct me if I am incorrect !!!!

A fun fact!! With the different navigational rules between the US and " the rest of the world ", the US coast guards in the Carribean donated paint to the respective entities to change the buoys system to the US standard so that charter vessels would stop going on the incorrect sides of the markers and running aroung :biggrin: :rolleyes: :biggrin:

Interesting forward light placement.
I believe that is the correct placement for a triple hatch boat. At least that's where mine is. It looks like a new light though...
