I had to pick up the Ms. Bud....just in case Poodles,
Jamesbon and CrackerJack's
38ZR Super Vee Donzi's are faster than mine!

Not yet, hopefully this weekend......after gasparilla.....
It has a 26cc four port engine that runs on Gasoline
It is supposed to run over 60MPH
The Donzi will look good too......if the company gets off there dead a$$ and gets the decal's finished.

I don't know about that, but you could go with and actual turbine, they've scaled those down for use with the jets,....

True, but the scaled down versions develop thrust.......
as in a jet engine.

The turbines in the real Unlimited Hydroplanes are helicopter
engines that drive a shaft to the propeller....

Thas one is the little brother to mine, its a 1/12 scale.
It is a nitro .19 engine....it tops out at 30 MPH
Pretty nice detail on that one too.
