I am buying a fuel filter to mount in the engine compartment of the boat. 350, X-18. More motor is probably on the way soon but for now this is it. I have a 600 Edelbrock carb on it.

Of these two filters, which one do I buy? Do I need the 3/8" or the 1/4" ?

320R-RAC-02 is about $75 US$ complete and the 660-RAC-02 is about $115 US$.

What do I buy?

Generally speaking:
WOT requires about 1/2 lb of fuel per HP per Hour
Gasoline weighs 6lbs per gallon

Example:
400HP = 200lbs fuel per hour at WOT.
200/6 =33 galons per hour minimum flow :smash:

BUT, I would get the 3/8 also

Isn't It About 7.2# Per/gal ?
