98' ZF30 c.console transducer placement

What kind of transducer have ya'll been getting the best performance out of? Thru-hull, shoot-thru hull or transom. If thru or shoot where are you putting them?

Swamp - I run a transom transducer as that is what came with the boat (Also a '98 30ZF). I have always thought about going shoot thru and mounting it under the rear fish box next to the bilge pump.

Shoot me some pics 30's are not that common....especially '98's. what is the hull number?

I am from Kenner La. I am installing a Package on a customers boat and just wanted to make sure what kind of ducer ya'll are using. I called Donzi and they would not tell me because they were not sure. I have put through hulls from inside the c.c. before on newer hulls but was not sure on that year.
