:bonk: Well I know it's Winter...and I can appreciate that most of the time, our wives never get recognized for putting up with our obsessive compulsive behavior with our Donzis....so I thought I would start a Thread For Wives to be recognized....so here are some shots of my Bride (I married much better than she did!) and her Driver and Humble Yard Boy! Lets see pics. of the "Married Couples" who tolerate each other....and still remain sane!

Thanks Liz for putting up with me!

:spongebob A little 5 O'Clock Shadow and everyone is a Comedian!

Marc...Not in trouble...just thought it would make a neat Winter time Thread....I have met alot of the wives...but I also have not met many....and alot of people never get to the Events...so it's nice to put a Face with a Name....

Plus it's my thread...and I can do what I want... so post some pics... and grab the PopCorn...

Dan,
I get your drift on this post, and no you don't have to be in the dog house to let the girls you put up with us and our addiction( actually I think their share the addicition ;) ) know
that we love em .
and the way i look at it if one oh **** knocks out 5 atta boys
I should never pass up the opportunity to get an atta boy ;)
almost 20 years now man that's alot of oh ****s

love ya honey

it starts with a simple little question
http://www.donzi.net/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=8783

then the answer

http://www.donzi.net/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=8784

then as the song says That's what ya get folks for making wooopie
http://www.donzi.net/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=8785

and now they follow me everywhere ;)

http://www.donzi.net/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=8786

and after all those years she still around :)

wouldn't change a thing well maybe i should have bought a bigger boat ;)
notice we are always around water???

OK, Here we are. We are still newlyweds but she has been putting up with my boating addiction for 5 years. She even let me rebuild an outboard in the kitchen of our condo once. Talk about forgiving, no wounder I married her.

Since my dad (Jerry Eisele) probably won't see this thread I'll reply for him :D

My poor mom not only has had to put up with his boating obsession for over 30 years, but now I'm addicted as well, and she has to put up with me :D It all started off bad for her as well. He sold her Mustang (67 I think)instead of his Bug for a station wagon so they could pull the boat when they got married. :shocking:

Neither Elaine or I are crazy about our wedding pictures so here are a few pics taken just before and on our honeymoon...mind you this was almost 19 years ago and I was 41 and Elaine was over 35.....

1) Elaine on the Spirit of Massachussets (I think). This was taken in Tampa Harbor at Harbor Island.
2) Me with a pile of silver bars at the Fisher Museum in Key West.
3) The two of us kicking back in Key West.

OK Chrome - We all know that michelle is just your "Wife" for Donzi events and such....just one of your "girlfriends" that you do nails with and go shiopping with kinda like Will and Grace.....but to do the fake Wedding pics, its sad bubba, really sad.

Just admit it, the navy and all those long boat rides really pulled out the "Man" in you.

OK so I had some pent up stuff to say since Matty's post was so good. :uzi:

George is right though, you both looked very young......

Scot, so how did a down-trodden (not to mention the crazy hair thing) dude like you, end up with such a classy chick like Heidi?

Congrats on marrying a winner! She's cute as heck, puts up with endless trailer tires ruts in the yard, has accepted your obsession with boats, and is an all around classy lady that you have to be proud to have on your arm..........(don't you hope she feels the same about you?)

Oh...........just teasing about the "down-trodden" thing.

I too married far better than my wife . . . little did she know how many cars, boats and expenses came with me

When we met she had done very little boating, and race cars were no part of her life . . . she now drives my cars on track, and has her own powerboat though not a Donzi, yet

Linda and I married years ago on a mountain top at Acadia Nat'l Park. Sorry no digital images. I have only a picture from a year ago when we were in New Orleans during a cross country drive.

Mario . .luckier than my wife!!

Here I am with DonziDeb and Son #1 from last Fall - he was on Homecoming Queen Runner-up escort duty the night of this picture. He hasn't made it to any Donzi events yet - maybe I can get him to AOTH this year. Son #2 has been to AOTH a couple of times. Believe it or not, but #1 and #2 are quite different http://www.donzi.net/forums/images/smilies/propeller.gif
