Madcow Chicken is gone!

Brad Lyon predicted that we would be eating leftover chicken from this summer's Madcow event until Christmas.

Well, we beat his prediction by a few days with the last of it on the table tonight in a tasty monterey chicken dish.

I ordered a couple of briskets today for New Years at Cumberland. Think, we'll stick to beef over the holidays!
