I'am ready to go boating and it's only December

That would leave the new owner with enough to buy several cases of Depends at WallyMart. They're prolly gonna need 'em! :shocking:

Sounds like someone looked at the books and then the calendar and decided it needed to go...... now!

The salesperson you were communicating with was asleep at the switch. Sounds like s/he could have made a sale without them having to re-run the on-line ad.
