I have talked with a few people and are trying to work out a weekend gathering of sorts for the northern people.
I think that is superbowl weekend which might but a damper on things.
any info you have on the show and nearby hotels would be great we were thinking come down sat morning stay sat night and leave round lunch time on sunday.
