Z 22 Information?

:orcawhale Does anyone know much about a 89 Z22 construction. Is is similar to the Classic 22 hull? Does it have the fiberglass floor ect. I saw one in the boat trader in Atlanta but due to my Regazza 21 stringer and transom cancer want to avoid a boat with wood floors.

All of the floors from this era are fiberglass on wood. You will just need to make sure there is no dry-rot. Take a ball pin hammer with you. If you hear something other than a nice hard sound, don't buy it.

I've already repaired two boats like this. I know what it's like.

:dolphin: Me too, just found out my 88 Regazza is pretty much trashed beyond repair. Doesn't make sense to pour the money into it to fix. Next boat will be all glass for sure. Thanks for the input. Ernie.
