:hyper: It's just a little 396 for an engine. Heads, cam, intake, carb, and headers. All hooked to a turbo 400 trans w/ a revers manual valve body in it, traveling back to a narrowed ford 9" rear end with a 430 gear. Lots of fun on the street.

Nice Ride! In the early 70's I has a '69 SS. It had a 350 with a Munci 3 speed on the floor. It was no where near as fast as yours, but it was like driving a slot car. I wish I had never sold it. Thanks for the blast from the past.

I was a motor head in high school (imagine that). There was a loud mouth at school who had a 440 6pack GTX that was always jumping on someone to race. There was a quiet guy that had a 69 396 RS/SS Camaro. One day after school, the GTX was jumping his car around beside the Camaro. The Camaro guy had enough. They pulled out on 66th Street and got it on! It is still the most exciting street race I've seen. The Camaro edged him out. The GTX was a little more humble in the parking lot after that! :D

Lookin very nice and my favorite color to boot! Had a 64 Chevelle with a 10 bolt posi, muncie 4 gear and a small block with a tri-power on top of it. Still have the tri-power, but nothing to run it on.

Surprised a lot of big block cars with that Chevelle.

Nice car Crossbow.
Here's a few of mine I posted a while back. I've had the 67 Camaro for 20 years. It only spends time now in the garage or on the strip, last registered in 1989. No frills 475-HP 400 SBC TH-350, 9" with locked 486 gears, 6-point cage & minni tubs. Runs high 11's at 1250 ft. elev.

The Camaro is behind my 71 Chevy Longhorn 1-Ton pickup in the picture, which my dad ordered new. This truck is all original w/70K original miles, BBC-402, 4-speed, 456 locker rear, 9' longhorn wood bed, 5 gas tanks holding 105 gallons of gas.

I'm almost done with my wife's 65 Cutlass Convertible. This has been a 3-year frame off total restoration. The car has been put back to all original stuff. Royal Mist blue exterior with pearl white interior and top. It's a 320-HP 330 Olds.

We bought the 65 after my wife's 68 was wrecked. I rebuilt the 68 putting it back to it's original color and sold it. This car was also all original.

My next project is my dad's all original 65 Oldsmobile f-85 wagon. Originally also a 320-HP 330 factory 4-speed car I'm going to turn it into a factory correct 442 wagon with a 400+ HP 400 Olds and 4-speed. This one's going to be fun and I'm really looking forward to it.
