To Paint or Not to Paint !!!!!

Question, i have a white 22 classic with red trim, i always liked black with a white bottom. I am thinking of painting the boat, anyfeed back, or suggestions, and any idea on a good $$$ what it should cost ???

Jim,
I have a 22 Classic, white with black stripe. I like it, and I've gotten a lot of positive comments on it's appearance. Only caveat; dark colors get very hot in the sun :kaioken: . Please tell me you're only going to do a stripe, not the whole deck.
