Well I had to start on her before it starts snowing!

I pulled the top off to fix the floor. And after seeing what George did I hope to acomplish the same.

I found the stringers and transom were shot! The transom picture is upside down. when we cut it out water ran out the bottom.

I will update with pictures as we progress. The new transom and stringers should be in by Saturday.

Hi Mike
This guy does nice work. :smash:
I have a question though.
With that bulkhead, will you be able to remove the deck?

:wavey:

Hey George,

I will be able to remove the bulkhead with a little work. He has made it so it can be removed. you really can tell the difference everything is stiff.

I'm looking forward to Friday. He should have it all chopped in. and the dash should have some gel!

The dash is done and the floor is solid as a Rock. Everything has been sealed up in gel inside the engine compartment.

Just in time.

Check out the transom shot. I found the secret this guy used. It cost me for him to show me how.

Mike it looks great, I'll try to come over this weekend. I think that is what I'd like to do with my dash. So is Santa going to bring some Gaffrig's?

Work appears to be coming along nicely! Give me a holler and let me know when I can see it. I will contact my paint guy and inform him about the 3M compound today. Thanks for the tips, and your hard work is commended.

I can't wait to do the rest of the boat. The guy only spent about 20 min or less on the transom.
