Donzi 22Z Bowrider 2000

I am interested in a 2000 Donzi bowrider Z 22. The boat I am looking at has a 350 MAG MPI Mercruiser. 300 HP. Can someone help me with a price point for this boat? I was happy to see there was a similar dicussion and reviews.
The NADA guides put the 2000 Z22 at 19400-24600 retail low and average with its options. The boat I am looking at is in great condition and has been surveyed. The survey estimated the value at $23500. Just about ready to make the plunge.
