I Want To Put Straight Pipes On My 2003 18 Classic. Its Just Not Loud Enough With The Corsa Baffled Tips. I Have Silent Choice So I Know It Will Not Bother Me. I Wanted To Ask Anyone On The Board If They Had The Type Of Tips I Am Looking For And If They Would Retrofit On My Transom Without Mods. And If No One Has It, If They Could Tell Me If Stainless Marine Tips Retrofit. Please Reply.

Thanks,
Ed

Corsa will make you an identical set with no baffles.
Stock look, big sound.

That is what I did to my 26 when I upgraded the exhaust.
Everything will line up, no issues, good deal.

Ed, I have a second set of unmuffled Corsa tips that should be of interest to you. I own a 1997 18' Classic. One of my principals is the main vendor to Corsa for their stainless steel exhaust tubing. I will be home on Saturday and can send you some digital pictures. What email address would you like them sent to?

I had them replace my 8" cans that reduce in size, they were $300 for 1 set with Internal and External flappers, no muffler restricter.
3 Nuts, no drilling, done deal.
GREAT SOUND, would like to do the same for the 33 but the tips are completely different paired to the 496HO's, never seen anything like them to tell the truth.

Ed, I checked this weekend and discovered that the spare set of Corsa tips that I own are indeed baffled. What you can do is take off the current Corsa baffled tips and take them to a welding/machine shop and have them cut out the interior baffles. It cost me $50 to have this done. Make sure to put rubber Salisbury flappers on them so that you don't take a wave up the pipes when sitting still.

Ricardo
are they the 4" CORSA exhaust pipes.?
If they are i would most definitely be interested. And also if they require no drilling to install. call me at 305-796-0651. I dont live too far from you so maybe i can go take a look at them.
